| In accordance with Section 418 (3) of the Local Government Act, 1993, Upper Macquarie County Council advises that the extraordinary Council meeting to be held 15 September 2023 will include the presentation of the Audited Financial Statements and the Auditor’s Reports for the year ending 30 June 2023. The public is welcome to attend however, must first make contact with Lisa Monardo at admin@ctwa.nsw.gov.au to make suitable access arrangements to the meeting are available. | |

Submission should be addressed to the General Manager and can either be posted to Upper Macquarie County Council, PO Box 703, Bathurst 2795 or emailed to admin@ctwa.nsw.gov.au. Submissions close one week after the above public meeting has been held. | |
